\n ResponsibilitiesProcurement, management, and maintenance of lab equipment and suppliesRework of electronics to support testing and bring-upExecution of test programs, debugging, and failure analysis proceduresDesign of lab fixtures and electronics to improve testing efficiency Requirements - We are looking for someone who can excel in wearing a variety of hats:Ability to perform intricate rework of small, complex parts in dense designs – e.g., solder 0201s (or larger) and QFNs, reflow BGAs, connect high-speed probes, etcExperience managing electronic bench lab build-outs and deployments including maintaining required documentation (e.g. material safety data sheets) and working with infrastructure and IT teamsPython, Bash, or similar scripting experienceServer rack lab management experience nice-to-haveExperience maintaining lab equipment, scheduling recalibration of equipment, etcManage rework/ECO documentation and board assembly revision trackingBasic understanding of electronic components, electronic schematics and PCB layoutsAbility to work from verbal description or informal sketches as well as formal ECOsFamiliarity with electronic and thermal lab equipment usage and capabilitiesLinux and Windows OS experienceCircuit design experience nice-to-haveExcellent skills in problem solving and verbal communication, excellent organization skills, and highly self-motivatedAbility to work well in a team and be productive under aggressive schedules Education and Experience3+ years as an SMT rework technician or related role with Technical Certification or Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field OR 5+ years as an SMT rework technician with lab management experience
