This role involves conducting various tests on new medicines and therapies, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking work in the healthcare field. Follow detailed written instructions to execute protocols with minimal supervision. Participate in continuous improvement and operational exercises. Maintain high standards of organization, attention to detail, and diligence. Adhere to all client-specific policies and procedures. What We're Looking For: Experience: 2+ years in repetitive, process-driven environments such as manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, or logistics. Work History: Demonstrated stability and reliability in previous roles. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well in a team, fostering a collaborative environment. Passion and Energy: Enthusiastic and committed to delivering quality work. Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and eager to learn new systems. Work Schedule: Shift Structure: 4 days on, 3 days off. Shift Patterns: Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Weekdays: Either Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday. Shift Duration: 12.5 hours including a 30-minute unpaid meal break (one shift per week will be 6.5 hours).
