Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in labor and employment litigation, including trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.Provide legal counsel on employment-related issues, including wage and hour laws, employee classification, workplace policies, and employee relations.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.2+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
