Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 5-7 years of experience to join their Labor and Employment Group. This position is based in the firm's Los Angeles, CA office.
The estimated salary for this position is $315,000 to $370,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors. Overview: This role involves representing employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations, with a strong need for experience in wage and hour class action litigation.
Qualifications: 5-7 years of experienceBackground in California employment law and trial experienceExceptional project management skills, outstanding writing and oral communication abilities, and the capability to manage complex workloadsJD from an accredited law schoolMembership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that stateAll candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
