This position is available in either their Los Angeles or San Francisco office. Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Admission to the California Bar is required.5+ years of substantive experience representing employers in employment law matters, including both advice and counseling and litigation.At least 2 years of experience focused on California-specific employment law is essential.Strong background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge actions.Demonstrated experience in wage and hour law and managing class action cases.Superior writing, drafting, and communication skills are required.A collaborative, ambitious, and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Represent and advise employer clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including litigation and counseling.Provide strategic legal guidance on issues such as discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and other complex employment-related claims.Manage and advocate for clients in wage and hour disputes and class action litigation.Partner with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective legal strategies that align with the client's business needs and objectives.Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Labor & Employment practice and across the firm's national network to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
