Labor And Employment Attorney

The Merker Group is working with an Am Law 100 firm to find a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate to join the firm's California team. This attorney may sit in the Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley office.
Job Requirements:2-6 years of labor & employment litigation experience, including California wage and hour class action litigation, PAGA claims, single plaintiff employment litigation, employee handbooks, and day-to-day advice and counseling.Candidates should have strong experience with discovery, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, and researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings.Experience with trial preparation in both state and federal courts and participation in settlement conferences and negotiations preferred.Must have a J.D. and top academic credentials.Must have an active California Bar license.Limited career moves.This firm pays top of market compensation and bonus.
