Labor & Employment Associate - Pittsburgh, PA Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 2 years of experience to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a wide range of employment issues, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Key Responsibilities: Drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and motions in employment-related litigation.Providing advice and counsel to employers on day-to-day workplace issues.Developing and reviewing workplace policies and procedures.Conducting employee training sessions.Experience with taking and defending depositions, as well as conducting administrative hearings, is a plus.Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Exceptional legal writing, research, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic workload.Compensation and Benefits: Annual salary range of $135,000 - $165,000, based on qualifications and experience.Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short-term and long-term disability coverage, dental and vision care, life insurance, 401(k) plan, vacation and sick leave, parking or public transportation allowance, and access to an employee assistance program.About the Firm:
