Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney - Remote

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Labor & Employment Attorney at Perlman Clinic. The Attorney will be responsible for handling labor and employment law matters, employment litigation, conducting legal research, drafting motions, and providing legal advice and representation. Qualifications Legal expertise in Labor and Employment Law Experience in Employment Litigation Proficiency in Legal Research and drafting Motions Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar Previous experience in healthcare law is a plus
