Laboratory Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join our client's high-volume production-based clinical laboratory team.
In this role, you will perform vital tasks related to the processing, analysis, and management of clinical lab specimens, ensuring that our lab operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Pay rate: $18/ hr.
Schedule: Tues-Sat, 10pm-6am
Responsibilities: Receive, sort, and prepare clinical lab specimens for testing and analysisScan and enter specimens and patient information into the lab's database with a high degree of accuracyEnsure lab equipment is functioning properly and performs minor troubleshooting and maintenance as neededAddress specimen-related issues and communicate effectively with team members to resolve them promptly Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a medical or lab environment is preferredComfortable handling biological specimens with care and attention to detailMust pass a standardized color blindness test.Flexibility to work overtime is needed to meet production demands
