This position serves the hospital, ER, clinic, nursing home, and assisted living.
Job Summary
Responsible for the expeditious and accurate performance and reporting of clinical laboratory tests, record keeping, preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and procedures.
Education and/or Experience
Minimum of an Associate's degree in Medical Lab Technician required.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS
Certification from a National Credentialing Agency (NCA) or American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification preferred.
Work Schedule
Part time; 50 hours every two weeks
10 hour weekday shifts from 6:30 am - 5:00 pm; Includes On Call one weekday on overnights
Every 5th Weekend/Call Time Rotation - Friday 5pm to Monday 6:30 am; Every 5th Holiday Rotation
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$22.00 - $31.75 per hour
