We are looking for **Laborers with Class A CDL.
**
**Schedule:** 6 Days a week, 3 weeks on, 1 week off
**Job Type:** Full-time, benefits eligible
**Pay Rate:** Starting at $25/hr
**Location:** Houston, TX
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Basic construction site manual labor, to include dirt work, equipment operation, maintenance.
+ 90% labor, 10% driving
+ Moving equipment to job sites, offloading materials, installation of materials per design.
+ Follow Foreman lead on proper job site set up and clean up.
+ Must be able to operate trucks and heavy equipment to and from job sites; SAFELY.
+ Will operate equipment: backhoe, trencher, mini excavator, and forklift SAFELY.
Training will be provided, and employee will pass Operator Qualifications tests.
+ Perform routine/preventative maintenance and inspection on equipment.
+ Provide and maintain accurate paperwork.
+ Travel: up to 90%
+ Work schedule: 3 weeks on 1 week off
**Qualifications:**
+ Must have Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
+ Minimum 1-year construction and/or field work experience
+ Ability to meet demanding physical labor requirements
+ Must be able to pass DOT drug test and physical.
+ Knowledge of DOT regulations for drivers and trucks
+ Able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
+ Prefer candidate resides or plans to reside within 60 miles of the office.
+ Minimum 21 years of age
+ Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs.
+ Must be willing to work long hours such as 10-hour shifts when required.
+ Must be willing to work as part of a team.
+ Willing to work up to 6 days per week.
+ Must be able to travel up to 90%.
Typical schedule is 3 weeks on 7 days off.
