Land Surveyor/Crew Chief

Engineering (MMEI) believes that having surveyors draw what they see in the field allows for a more accurate survey, develops additional skills for the employee, and breaks up the monotony by allowing equal time in the field and office. We are currently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor looking to become an integral part of a growing business. The ideal candidate should be a motivated individual who is eager to learn and is interested in adding AutoCad drafting to their skill-set. MMEI is a Land Surveying and Engineering Company that specializes in Residential House-Line Surveys, Mortgage Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Farm Surveys, and Construction Staking

Responsibilities and Duties

Work with Trimble Robotic Total Stations and GPS.

Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting software to draft surveys.

Understand Civil and Architectural Plans.

Communicate well with Engineers, Architects, and Contractors.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience with Trimble Robotic Total Stations and GPS.

Field Crew-Chief experience is desired.

Autocad Drafting experience is strongly desired.

Must have a valid driver's license

Must be able to frequently move and transport equipment weighing up to forty (40) pounds

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
