Position: Experienced Land Surveyor We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you'll play a vital role in conducting surveys, measurements, and assessments that are essential to the success of our land development projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to advance your career while working on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys with precision and accuracy. Utilize advanced surveying instruments, including total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors, to gather and process field data. Ensure compliance with NH-BOLS Standards by accurately processing and analyzing survey data. Prepare detailed reports, plans, and drawings that meet the highest professional standards. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to align survey activities with project goals and objectives. Lead and guide survey crew members during fieldwork, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards, throughout all survey activities. Contribute to a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Qualifications: Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS) or eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire. Proven expertise in using surveying instruments and software. Strong understanding of land surveying principles, techniques, and legal requirements. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
