WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people.
You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions.
You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitudeEducate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care productsUnderstand and promote products and membershipsPerform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension servicesGenerate new clientele through our amazing referral programsMaintain clean and sterile work environment REQUIRED SKILLS: Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license in MA 1+ years as a Lash Stylist required1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferredCustomer service focused; loves on your clientsReliable transportationStrong work ethicInitiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offeredAbility to work some weekends and some evenings WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
