Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day tasks of lawn and landscape maintenance crew including mowing and string trimming, power raking, spring and fall cleanups, aerating, etc. Maintain a positive and professional appearance and attitude. Ability to adapt and perform other lawn care technician duties as needed Take direction from crew foreman and perform assigned tasks. Job Requirements:
Prior lawn care experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 80 pounds Ability to communicate with the crew foreman in a professional courteous manner Ability to take constructive criticism General knowledge of gardening tools and small engine equipment Team Player Self-starter Willingness to work long hours to get the job done on time Compensation and Benefits:
