Requirements

Responsibilities
Greet customers using standard dialogueAddress customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.Perform vehicle exchanges and extensionsMonitor traffic controlInspect incoming vehicles for new damageReport damages to on-duty supervisorScan returning vehicles back into systemProvide computerized receipt to customerMaintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge and use of computerized systemsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft applicationsRetail and sales experiencePrevious experience working in an outdoors environment
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent1 year of customer service experienceProfessional communication skillsProblem resolution experienceMinimum age of 18Valid Georgia driver's licenseClean driving record
