About the role Maurice Blackburn has a long history of practising in Abuse Law, and of advocating on the part of survivors of childhood sexual abuse. This is a unique opportunity to establish credentials and expertise in a developing area of law. Key Responsibilities: Meeting with clients, and taking instructionsReview and analysis of recordsDrafting written communications to clientsBriefing medical experts, and allied health professionalsAttending court for procedural hearingsBriefing and liaising with barristersThe experience we are looking for We are looking for an experienced lawyer with strong client service focus, personable approach, and commitment to social justice. You will ideally have 3+ years PAE; however, if you have a strong desire to forge a career within this space, we want to hear from you. In addition, you will have:
