About The Role: Managing and litigating personal injury and workers' compensation cases from start to finish. Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing for court appearances.
Negotiating settlements and collaborating with medical experts and insurance adjusters.
Liaising with clients, lawyers, insurers, doctors, investigators, financial advisors etc.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior lawyers and support staff.
Skills & Experience: Bachelors degree and admission to practice law Minimum 1-3 years experience in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
