*Shifts : 8hr Days *
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide counseling and emotional support to clients facing various challenges
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services
- Advocate for clients' rights and best interests in various settings
- Stay up-to-date on medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology to better serve clients

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,442.00 per week
