Lead Account Manager

LGCY Power is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Account Manager to support our Account Management department under the supervision of the Vice President of Project Management.
This role will ensure the smooth operation of all account management processes.
As an integral part of our organization, you will be the primary point of contact for escalated concerns from sales representatives and homeowners, playing a pivotal role in maintaining customer satisfaction.




Lead Account Manager Responsibilities:




1.
Escalated Concerns:




Serve as the main point of contact for escalated concerns from sales representatives and homeowners




Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships

Training and Development:




Provide comprehensive training to Account Managers on processing Change orders, collecting documentation, and navigating all funding portals




Foster a continuous learning environment to keep the team updated on industry best practices




3.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:




Work collaboratively across departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes




Build strong relationships with teams such as sales, operations, and finance to enhance overall efficiency




4.
Project Progression Oversight:




Generate weekly reports of total pipeline progress and sales with sales leadership and meet with sales teams to identify potential bottlenecks




Review and submit all necessary documentation/ financial information needed to advance accounts through LGCY financial partners to provide Notice To Proceed (NTP)




Delegate accounts within the CRM using the team's knowledge, skillset, and workload accordingly




Manage the pipeline of the project from the sale through PTO (Permission To Operate) and address any issues in a timely manner




Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Branch Coordinator to resolve any missing loan or contract documentation




Ensure Sales Representative schedules the site survey and obtains required documentation from the homeowner




Review interconnection portals to provide detailed responses to sales representatives




Work with financial institutions and sales representatives to secure and finalize solar loans




Provide excellent customer service to Sales Representatives by assisting with Change Orders, design revisions, and other sales action related tasks




All other duties as assigned




A strong candidate will have the below skillset:




Proven experience in account management or a related supervisory role




Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage escalated concerns




Ability to effectively train others while creating and maintaining concise departmental SOP's




Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members




Knowledge of change order processes, documentation collection, and funding portals




Cross-departmental collaboration experience, fostering effective communication




Required Skills:




Highschool diploma is required




Previous managerial experience is required




3+ years in the solar industry is required




Exceptional problem-solving skills to address escalated concerns




Training and development expertise to enhance team capabilities




Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration




Organizational skills to oversee project progression and team efficiency




Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
