RESPONSIBILITIES: A Triune Lead Advisor is expected to start by serving "Second Chair" to existing partner and firm clients until they are experienced in doing planning the Triune way. The objective is to quickly become capable of serving "First Chair" where you lead your own team and contribute to the development of others. It's expected that you will leverage your skills to generate recommendations from existing clients and the ideal candidate will want to develop their own business alongside existing clients. Exhibit Triune's Purpose and Core Values and apply them to all aspects of work and interaction with associates and clients. Mastery of Triune's Financial Planning process (internally and externally),
Investment Management philosophy, and Three Bucket planning approach including software, approach, and presentation style. Committed to helping other Triune associates understand and even deliver it. Takes ownership of leading important Triune projects/initiatives. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree CFP® Designation Life/Health insurance licensed Committed to completing the CKA® Course Curriculum within your first twelve months. 5+ years' experience in the financial services industry - minimum of four of those years leading client meetings. Must possess and exhibit confidence and empathy in client interaction and communication. An ideal team playerThis is an in-office, non-remote position only A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD ADVISOR A Lead Advisor is exactly that - a leader at Triune. You have enough experience in the industry that you are eager to serve roughly 100 clients on your own and the objective is to get you there as quickly as possible. As you take on more of your own client relationships, you'll be expected to also lead your own team. Because of your experience, you look for ways for Triune to grow and get better which will entail leading Triune initiatives or being part of a committee that serves the firm as a whole.
You understand the importance of firm growth and are committed to business development. This may include specializing in a defined market that fits our Core Values and the strategy of the firm. It also includes developing relationships with CPA®, Attorney, and Consulting professionals that allow an exchange of referrals either way. Finally, you understand that referrals are the most effective marketing tool and are committed to asking the right satisfied clients for introductions.

COMPENSATION Starting base salary ranges from $90,000-$125,000 commensurate with experience. Two bonus programs: The first tied to your development and contribution to the firm's profitability. A second bonus program tied to your own business development and onboarding your own clients.
