What you'll do: Develop, maintain and optimize B2B2C SaaS forecasting models to aid in resource allocation and long-term strategic planning. Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques – with a specific focus on Marketing Targeting & Segmentation, Sales pipeline optimization, Pricing & Promotions strategy. Provide proactive analysis of initiatives and tests underway to accelerate revenue generation through commercial levers. Present recommendations at multiple levels of stakeholders through effective displays of quantitative information (situationally this will include dashboards, spreadsheets and formal presentations). Lead KPI development, benchmarking, and goal setting in partnership with CMO, CFO and Chief of Staff. Analyze underlying business trends to understand progress towards company goals. Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, and functional KPI dashboards. Partner with Analytics Engineering and data owners to identify, analyze and create ingestion requirements for data assets across the business. Envision, develop, and deploy new solutions and technologies to continue to advance our position as an industry leader in Animal Health technologies.
