Lead Backend Developer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Backend Developer to join our esteemed client's team on a long-term basis. This remote position offers a chance to spearhead impactful projects while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using the .NET stack.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines and requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects promptly to ensure system reliability and performance.
Utilize extensive experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer to contribute effectively to both backend and frontend development tasks.
Demonstrate expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement and optimize SQL databases to support application functionalities and data management requirements.
Embrace Agile Scrum methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Apply familiarity with Content Management systems, AWS & AWS Terraform, Jenkins, and Bitbucket to streamline development processes and enhance deployment workflows.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Backend Developer, showcasing leadership capabilities.
Extensive knowledge of the .NET stack, including C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with SQL databases and proficiency in writing efficient database queries and stored procedures.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
Working knowledge of Content Management systems, AWS & AWS Terraform, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers and drive team success.
