As an Installer with Fletcher Home, you will join us on our mission of delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers.
You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installer and trainer.

Meet at our warehouse at 7:00AM, gather materials, and load company trucksDrive to customer's home, greet and establish rapportComplete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower areaInstall new bathtub/shower pan and acrylic wall surround, update plumbing as neededShow extreme attention to detail and care for customer's home by properly cleaning up following installationObtain necessary signed documents & payment from customer, and return to warehouseWhy Work at Fletcher Home?We have the resources, tools, and motivation to help you succeed.
