With your keen eye for detail, you provide clinical oversight, guiding behavior consultants toward excellence. Throughout the day, you lead by example, offering training and mentorship that empowers your team to deliver exceptional care. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Current BCBA certification
Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
Ability to write complex behavior support plans
Ability to communicate intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
Ability to maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
SCHEDULE
This hybrid position can be full- or part-time. You'll be providing personalized ABA therapy services to children with autism.
