What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead complex assignments focused on SAP FICO modules, including Advanced Credit Management and Revenue Accounting and Reporting
Provide day-to-day support for production record to report (RTR) processes
Track and resolve open issues while ensuring business requirements are continuously met
Conduct business and functional requirements gathering workshops and write relevant documentation
Prepare test plans, perform quality assurance testing, and validate user acceptance testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree desired in Business or IT curriculum
Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP S4 RTR and 10+ years in financial business processes
Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of SAP Best Practices
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret advanced business documentation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of business workflow and requirements
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to all levels of employees
Experience in training document creation and leading training sessions
Familiarity with Panasonic Business Systems and their interfaces
