The Business Systems Lead Analyst – Financial Shared Services Automation is responsible for administering applications that enable the automation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. Key enabling applications include High Radius for Cash Application, Collections, Credit, and Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment (EIPP), Web Center for vendor invoice approvals and payment vouchering, RelishIQ for invoice validation and digitization, Concur for travel planning and expense reporting, and Vertex for sales and use tax calculations and reporting. Key responsibilities include managing issues/problems, enhancements/fixes, the integration of data into and out of the systems, security, infrastructure/servers, and vendor collaboration. The role reports to the Business Systems Manager – Financial Shared Services Applications but is expected to be able to work independently and collaboratively to support and continuously improve the systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Financial Shared Services process leads to understand and capture business requirements and initiate requests for IT demand
Collaborates across functional, company, and geographical boundaries to provide effective support and deliver results
Manage incident, problem, service request, and change tickets related to supported applications
Collaborate with other IT teams and vendor support personnel to resolve issues/problems as required
Promote/Deploy changes from non-PROD systems (DEV, QA) to PROD systems
Design, configure, and support how data is integrated into and out of supported applications
Continuously identifies and pursues opportunities to improve systems in terms of reliability, usability, functionality, and performance
Applies principles, concepts and practices of the IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protected
Expected Areas of Competence
Demonstrated experience administering applications that enable Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable business processes
Demonstrated experience integrating data into and out of applications
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with ITSM processes and systems
Ability to work successfully as part of a geographically distributed and organizationally diverse team and customer environment
Strong analytical / problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; appropriately shares viewpoint and encourages the free exchange of information and opinions

Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of combined IT and/or Finance experience, OR Associate's degree in information technology, Finance, or related field with 7+ years of combined IT and/or Finance experience, OR High School Diploma or General Education Diploma and 9+ years of combined IT and/or Finance experience
2+ years of experience utilizing formal ITSM and SDLC processes and tools to manage service requests, incidents, problems, and changes.
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable applications experience required
Experience with High Radius, Web Center, Relish IQ, Concur, and/or Vertex preferred but not required.
