Applicants must be capable of providing excellent workmanship on a consistent basis.

Lead carpenters must be able to lead projects, support their teams, and provide on-the-job coaching and corrections for finish and apprentice carpenters.


$32 - $40 / Hour

Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm with rotating Saturday responsibilities.
Overtime is available and encouraged!


Qualifications

Experience in the following areas is required:
Interior finishes (doors, millwork, crown molding, cabinetry)Custom bathroomsBasement build-outsFraming: floors, walls, roofs, stairsExterior finishes: decks, railings, fascia, soffits, siding, windows, doors
Additional Certifications (must be in-hand or completed within 3 months of hire):
