Responsibilities
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service and personalize service to their needs.• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges in a courteous manner.• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures.• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and peers.• Stay informed regarding industry trends and product knowledge.• Share the benefits of the guest loyalty program and create excitement and accountability.• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-train other associates.• Drive cashier accountability and participate in ongoing training.• Collaborate with managers and associates to help grow the business.• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall cleanliness throughout the store.• Protect company assets and minimize loss.• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
Requirements
• High school diploma is preferred.• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.• Knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.
