Lead Concierge (Full-Time)

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Lead Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Weehawken locations in NJ.
The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas including, but not limited to:
Excellent customer service skillsMeet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visitDirect guests and visitors to appropriate destinationCheck-in and announce incoming guestsReceiving packages and deliveriesResolve complaints from residents/guestsPerform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.Folding and washing towelsLight organization/cleaning of assigned work area.SHIFT AVAILABLE: Sunday - Thursday 7am-3pm Pay Rate: $20/hr. Minimum Requirements: Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experienceLead Front Desk Experience preferred.Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environmentMulti-tasking capability without compromising on qualityMust be able to lift boxes up to 25 poundsMust be able to work and stand on your feet for several hoursMust be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hoursMust pass comprehensive background checksSupport the organization vision, mission and core values of the companyBenefits: Weekly PayFull Time Employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days with a 401k match after one year of employment.
