Lead Crisis Support Professional

Lead availability: 7on/7off Thursday- Thursday 10:00pm-8:00am  Compensation: $22 per hour. In this roll you will be making a difference by: Serving individuals with a combination of high or low behaviors, and high or low medical needs. Supporting individuals with daily needs, goals, and activities Assisting with personal cares as needed Administering medications  Cooking meals and help with cleaning Transporting to appointments and community events using personal vehicle  To be considered for this role you must: Be at least 18 years old Have experience working with individuals who have high behaviors.  Possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle  Possess strong English communication skills  Be able to pass a Department of Human criminal background check  All full-time positions offers a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, paid holidays, PTO, etc. Pathways to Community is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
