What Will You Do? As a Lead CRO Analyst at AXS, you will spearhead conversion rate optimization initiatives to elevate the US and international user experience. You will plan and execute comprehensive CRO strategies, leveraging data insights to identify and address conversion opportunities. Additionally, you will design and oversee A/B and multivariate tests, personalization strategies, and experimentation to optimize digital properties.
