Job Description
As a Lead Data Scientist in the Customer Success team, will play a critical role in developing the next generation of solutions we offer our clients, powered by algorithms and AI and leveraging large volumes of internal data, client data, and third party data. Actively participate with other team members in the overall Product creation process, from ideation through Proof Of Concept and experimenting for methodological development to output visualization and Go to Market strategy, will learn and explore the newest technologies & applications for data architecture and data modeling solutions. Will work alongside a group of talented individuals with different areas of expertise including best in class data scientists, product managers, and data collection specialists with the main purpose of accelerating innovation. On a daily basis will be expected to: Translate Clients' requirements to actionable solutions or products; Ideate and develop solutions for the product innovation pipeline; R&D for new statistical and analytical models (including ML/AI approaches) as prototypes and POCs to address specific client business needs; Document the solution and experimentation to arrive to it; Evaluate potential solutions' fit vs product requirements; Refine and enhance product features; Work with Product Manager, Data Architect Leader, and other Data Scientists in the team to define requirements for data pipelines, playground specs, methodologies & modeling techniques, and product delivery mechanisms; Maintain data integrity and quality throughout the development lifecycle; Read, write, comment, maintain, and share legible and quality computer code utilized in prototyping and solutioning; and Guide other more junior data scientists along the projects. Telecommuting is permissible.
Qualifications
Position requires a Master's or a foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field, and 3 years of work experience in job offered or related.
In lieu of a Master's or a foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field, and 3 years of work experience in job offered or related, will accept a Bachelor's or a foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field, and 5 years of work experience in job offered or related.
