Bounteous x Accolite is looking for an experienced, Lead Designer to join our growing design practice. The Lead Designer is responsible for leading and contributing to the quality, creativity and delivery of projects across multiple industry verticals.
As a Lead Designer, your passion for design keeps you close to the work, driving the conceptual solutions, standards of quality, and energy of the team, from concept all the way through execution. You will serve as a mentor to designers working alongside you, helping shape their personal skills and design perspectives. Our Lead Designers are strong communicators and collaborators, who participate in daily cross-disciplinary discussions, frequently lead internal working sessions, and present design decisions with confidence and clarity of intention.
The Experience Design Team at Bounteous is a multidisciplinary collaboration of humans who create meaningful experiences people love and clients value, with expertise in UX, product, visual, motion, and brand design.

\n Role and ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of and openly share methodologies, best practices, and processes that lead to excellent design solutionsConceptual thinking and creative problem solving skills, developing concepts informed by insights and proactively doing research to gather insights when neededLead thedesign of detailed, accessible, on-brand digital initiatives that clearly address customer needs, business objectives, client vision, and project KPIs with limited Director oversightConfidently present the intention behind design decisions and their intended impact on the experience to internal teams and client stakeholdersFollow and share current design trends and methodologies, especially in the digital spaceDevelop strong relationships across multi-disciplinary project and client teamsManage time effectively and proactively communicate with project teamsLead small project tracks autonomouslyMindfully lead by example and mentor junior-level team members in their developmentWork hard and have fun doing it! Preferred Qualifications6+ years of visual design experience, preferably at a digital agencyPolished client presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate how the work addresses client challengesExperience leading self and/or fellow designers on project teams from start to finish with limited oversightStrong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs a plus
