Lead Electrical Engineer (Ability To Obtain Top Secret Clearance) - Security Clearance Required

Overview Akima Intra-Data is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to help with facility operations in St. Louis MO. Responsibilities The Lead Electrical Engineer is an on-site full-time position. A successful applicant will have the following skills and training. Subject Matter expert on Electrical systems. Experience with Uninterrupted Power Supplies and Emergency Power Systems. Experience with Back Up Power Generators. Experience with Redundant power feed systems. Excellent Trouble shoot skills and Problem-Solving Techniques. Be capable of setting up a preventive and predictive maintenance program for the electrical equipment. Perform Electrical capacity calculations and evaluations. Advice and consult on energy improvement projects. Ensure building modifications comply with all current codes. Qualifications A bachelor's in electrical engineering is required. A professional license in Electrical Engineering in the State of Missouri or ability to obtain one. Preferred Qualifications: A master's in electrical engineering is a plus.
