The Opportunity: PLA Lead ESL Teachers are passionate and devoted leaders bringing creativity and rigor to our classrooms to support an improved learning experience for our scholars. The Lead Teacher role was created to facilitate communication in the schools among General and EL Educators as well as administrators. The Lead also serves as a liaison to the National Team.
