Lead Field Equipment Technician

Duration: 90 days (possibly a little longer but no guarantees) City/ Zip: Goodyear, AZ 85395 Pay: 28.00 **Please note: Interviews, drug testing and 1 week of training will be conducted in Gilbert, AZ** Shift: Monday through Friday, 5a - 1:30p Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Technicians that can work out in the field supporting one of our high priority customers with HAVC/ pump and related component and equipment installations, troubleshooting, service, and repair. Training will be onsite (Gilbert Facility) and then the technician will work offsite at customer location (West Phoenix/ Goodyear) after training. The Lead Technician will lead a small team responsible for installing and replacing pumps and related equipment onsite at customer location. Responsible for documenting work performed according to SOP's. Responsible for adhering to all safety standards and regulations. Qualifications: 5+yrs of related experience installing, repairing, servicing, troubleshooting, and replacing HVAC pumps, water pumps, other types of pumps, or related equipment Some experience in a leadership role and exposure to leading small teams. AS degree in Engineering or related field preferred (not required) Certifications desired (not required)
