Roles & Responsibilities: · Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using Spring Boot and Java. · Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment. · Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices are followed. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. · Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets performance and security standards. · Ensure the software solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the Medicare and Medicaid Claims domain. · Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. · Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. · Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process. · Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. · Implement automated testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the software. · Document technical specifications and project plans for future reference. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies Qualifications: · Possess a strong background in Core Java, Spring Boot · Show the ability to work with MicroServices, Angular/ReactJS, CI/CD · Possess experience working with GraphQL · Show the ability to work with Camunda · Have experience in any Cloud technologies. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
