This local escape from the norm is part of a small, growing restaurant group which includes local staples Rail Trail Flatbread Co. and New City Microcreamery and offers not only a fast-paced, fun environment serving high-end food and luxurious cocktails, but benefits including vacation and health insurance.
Vintage but not old-fashioned, our team creates and serves classic-style cocktails with modern, fresh, and inventive ingredients, pairing them with small-plate steakhouse fare from our scratch kitchen.
Compensation includes: Competitive pay which could lead to salaried positions Access to health care coverage Paid vacation Responsibilities Include: Writing prep lists and communicating with other teammates regarding kitchen/station needs Prep items relevant to menu and station Ensuring pars for station are maintained and advise management of low inventory items Cook menu items to set standard with consistent results and hold other line cooks to said standard Taking safe and proper care, preparation, storage, and rotation of product - including FIFO, labeling and dating to minimize waste Work with teammates with open and honest communication Requirements Show interest in building rapport with guests and coworkers Willingness to learn about craft spirits, cocktails, and food Ability to work in a team environment Company Information
