As the Solid Tumor Market Access Forecasting and Analytics Lead you will leverage data across multiple sources to create analyses, synthesize results into actionable insights, and communicate the business impact to cross-functional stakeholders to shape Market Access strategies and enable Market Access field teams. Main activities include gross to net forecasting and post deal analytics, strategic thought partnership, tracking and advising on market access oncology performance, and developing automated reporting to support market access field teams.
How you will contribute:Lead Oncology Market Access GTN and ASP forecasting for annual and long-range forecasting cycles in collaboration with Oncology brand forecasting and finance teamsEffectively triangulate data sources and collaborate with Market Access stakeholders to develop and pressure test assumptions; able to explain assumptions and rationale to key stakeholdersSupport Global Oncology Market Access team with pre-launch GTN, pricing, contracting, and distribution assumptions for late-stage assetsOwn and develop Market Access Oncology KPIs, identify appropriate data sources, and lead tracking and reporting to cross functional stakeholdersDevelop analyses from multiple sources and communicate output into clear concise insights and recommendations to Market Access field teams and senior leadership for decision making and strategy developmentProvide thought partnership in the evaluation of key business implications, strategic alternatives, tactical options, risks, and opportunities for key brand and late-stage pipeline assetsPartner in the creation of automated reporting to enable field team account planning and performance trackingAbility to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced multi-tasking environment including managing multiple projects and analyses with on time completionShowcase consulting skills, including listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for strong business impact and value-addIdentify business needs proactively and build analysis to mitigate risk and improve resultsMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:BS/BA degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred (MBA, Masters, PhD)5 + years working in data science, analytics or forecasting requiredOncology experience preferredMarket Access experience strongly preferredProficiency in knowledge in the reimbursement and access as well as key Oncology stakeholders preferredFamiliarity with data sources (e.g., IQVIA, 867 reports, DRG, SSR, etc.) and understanding limitations of data preferredStrong modeling and forecasting experience highly preferredDemonstrated ability to lead with humility, courage, urgency, and integrityStrong critical thinking skillsOutstanding oral and written communication skillsAdvanced business acumen and analytical thinking skills; expert proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointSuperior team orientation and ability to influence without authorityStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsMore about us:At Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient support programs.
