WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Lead Marketplace Manager to support Global Jordan Stores team! The Global Jordan Stores team delivers inspiring, distinctive, and profitable Jordan experiences at scale. The team delivers Jordan Destinations across Jordan monobrand and Nike stores while driving innovation and collaboration across the Nike Matrix. 
This role would be ideal for a tried and true program management professional from the retail industry. The marketplace manager will support a cross-functional retail team and partner across Nike and Jordan brands and within the geos to deliver Jordan distinction. The Lead Marketplace Manager for Global Jordan Stores is responsible for facilitating cross functional workstreams in support of Global Jordan Stores priorities. You will develop, deliver, and own tools and processes to support cross-functional alignment, prioritization, and accountability. You will be a central source of truth for store priorities, including schedule, next steps, and budget. Additionally, you are a critical thought partner in the store's portfolio, highlighting areas of opportunity and supporting the team in solutions. You are a clear communicatorand are able to work across multiple functions to drive work through all phases of the program.
Program Manager Responsibilities (2/3 of time)
Building and driving cross functional operating models to support Global Jordan Stores Priorities Drive cross functional alignment and visibility through the development of tools and process Track and lead Global Stores Budget Responsible for proactive meeting agendas and prompt meeting recaps with key decisions and clear next steps Communicate project status across global and geo functions Marketplace Responsibilities (1/3 of time)
Partner with Stores Director to concept, write, and deliver briefs aligned to overall business and brand strategies and goals Contributor in cross-functional engagement and integration of stores strategy Lead the delivery and maintenance of World of Flight Playbook Build and maintain relationships with Functional and Geo counterparts across Nike and Jordan Contributes to evolution of existing store experiences (as needed) Leads small scale concept projects (as needed) WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role works across the Nike Matrix. You sit within the Global Jordan Marketplace team, reporting to the Director of Global Jordan Stores, and working across Merch, Brand, Retail Brand, VMS, Store Design and Services to deliver a Global vision to our Geo and Nike partners.
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years in Functional Retail or Retail Program Management Passion for consumer experience, inquisitive nature and retail industry knowledge Critical thinking - ability to connect matrixed information together against a common goal Keynote and presentation experience; ability to pull ideas together in a compelling way Experience driving clarity across partners and in a matrixed or highly cross-functional environment (Nike or Jordan experience preferred) Proficient at meeting and team strategy facilitation (support workshop development and planning) Ability to develop, socialize and storytell ideas, plans and strategies Budget Savvy (PO's, SOW's) Proficient in Smartsheet and/or Airtable or other project management software Ability to identify risks and create mitigation plans across workstreams that are highly cross-functional Excellent verbal and written skills Strong attention to detail and proactive communicator
