Lead Math Tutor -- Remote

Location: Various locations across the United States

We are a national leader in high-impact, in-school tutoring, committed to fostering academic and social development in students. Our Tutors are a diverse group of individuals selected from across the nation, each bringing their unique skill set to support student success.
What You'll Do:
Provide daily math tutoring to high school students (minimum 3 periods/day)
Facilitate learning groups and assessments using our comprehensive curriculum
Lead team-building activities and aid in lesson planning
Manage student data, adapt instruction, and analyze progress with support from our Site Directors
Maintain attendance records, monitor progress, and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with incentives and celebrations
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and collaborate with the Site Director and team via email and Slack
Participate in observation, feedback sessions, and reflections to enhance your tutoring skills
Lead professional development sessions and contribute to educational resources
Attend training and development opportunities and engage in meetings to support program goals
Build meaningful relationships with students, serve as a mentor and advocate, and manage student behavior
Foster relationships with staff, the community, and assist with recruitment efforts and assessments

Requirements:
High school diploma/GED
Minimum age requirement: 18
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities
Proficiency in computers/technology
Passion for social services and youth development
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Experience in education, tutoring, or related fields is a plus

Salary: $ 45,000.00 55,000.00 Per Year
