Job Summary We are seeking an experienced leader with a deep technical background to drive performance, innovation, and accountability within our development team.
This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in modern technologies and the ability to mentor and guide developers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position is available only to people in USA.
Job Responsibilities Lead and collaborate effectively with the development team to ensure high performance and accountability.
Set high standards for personal and team performance, while creating and adhering to responsible deadlines and work plans.
Take a hands-on approach, setting best practices in line with client expectations and business needs.
Be detail-oriented, solving problems efficiently, and act as a "fixer" when necessary.
Raise the bar for performance, hold the team accountable for deliverables, and drive continuous improvement.
Proactively mentor developers, engage with product understanding, and actively participate in the planning of stories.
Job Requirements Great English proficiency (B2 Written and spoken) 10 years of experience in software development.
Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial).
Strong consulting background with proven lead experience in similar roles.
Expertise in .NET, React, SQL, C#, with a focus on mastering existing applications quickly.
Experience with legacy code management and working with stored procedures.
Proficiency with Azure services, including serverless computing, service bus, API management, databases, and app insights.
Ability to quickly gain deep understanding of complex environments and applications.
Nice to have Experience with Terraform.
Azure Architect Associate certification is a plus.
Ability to quickly adapt and master new systems and technologies.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times.
We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times.
Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
