Lead Preschool Teacher

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with young children, an understanding of early childhood development, and the ability to create a fun and educational classroom experience. Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment that supports the needs of each child. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development. Qualifications: Associate's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred. Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices.
