Description The Lead Product Manager conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities The Consumer Experience Center Platform Lead Product Manager is responsible for all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, the CECP Lead Product Manager monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. The CECP Lead Product manager advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. The CECP Lead Product Manager uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
This role will focus on:
Drives data-enabled product development decisions + Gathers and analyzes experience, financial and industry data to understand and assess business needs and how technology can be leveraged to meet those needs
+ Engages with internal business leaders to gather data points to develop use cases & measurable outcomes
+ Manages the impact/assessment of incumbent Humana technologies on platform deployment and informs sunsetting plans to deliver on technology value
+ Serves as a liaison between business units and IT to identify/coordinate any development needs and integration points between solutions
+ Supports Partner Lead as liaison between Humana and vendor teams
Delivering through new ways of working + Actively monitors customer feedback and industry research to identify emerging trends and capabilities that could provide value through their products
+ Communicates clearly using PowerPoint, Excel to share findings of research with the organization
+ Maintains strong relationships with business, design, and IT partners to delivery highest quality products in a timely manner
+ Works with other product professionals to reduce duplicate and identify/leverage potential synergies
+ Serves as an active participant in Agile ceremonies and processes, offering subject matter expertise on topics related to their product and offering feedback on ways to improve how we work and deliver products to customers

Required Qualifications + 3+ years of experience of product management experience
+ Experience with Genesys Pure Cloud or similar Contact Center as a Service platforms
+ Ability to create and maintain product specific content (Roadmap, Product Briefs, KPIs, etc.)
+ Experience problem solving and consulting within complex environments
+ Experience facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
+ Clear and concise oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Work-At-Home Requirements + WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
+ A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25×10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
+ Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
+ A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree
+ Agile Certification e.g. SAFe® 5 APM or equivalent
+ Work experience in a health care and /or insurance industry
+ Relevant Master's degree

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$123,800 – $170,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
