Location: Hybrid - Lanham, Maryland; Memphis, Tennessee; Austin, Texas; Dallas, Texas; Ogden, Utah Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Lead Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team.
This role will be instrumental in supporting program and project integration, providing technical analyses, and ensuring adherence to process improvements within the IMF Modernization system and its associated projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing and executing complex projects, providing strategic guidance in large program planning efforts, and possess a PMP or Program Management Professional certification.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute project scheduling activities for high-complexity projects within the IMF Modernization system.
Provide strategic guidance and support in large program planning efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct technical analyses and reviews, identifying risks and opportunities for process improvement.
Compile and present data into comprehensive presentations or artifacts for various stakeholders.
Interface with Delivery Partners to support program integration and coordination of newly developed capabilities.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and addressing scheduling conflicts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve program objectives.
Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience managing or executing projects of high complexity, preferably within a technology or government contracting environment.
Proven experience providing strategic guidance in large program planning efforts.
PMP or Program Management Professional certification is required.
Comprehensive knowledge and application across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in program integration and coordination across multiple projects.
Familiarity with the IMF Modernization system or similar large-scale IT initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software.
