**Job Title: Quality Liaison**
**Job Description**
- Read and interpret customer supplied blueprints.
- Competently check each part to the blueprint.
- Compile the data from the blueprint and record it onto the data collection document.
- Work with the production team to ensure all parts are within tolerance throughout the production run.
- Adhere to AS and ISO standards.
- Serve as a forward-thinking change agent, always looking for ways to help the company evolve to the next level.
- Conduct in-process inspection on the production floor, with potential work in other areas of inspection due to personal movement and changes.
- Understand that we are a quality-first company, and production must stop if parts are nonconforming.
- Work closely with the quality manager and the Director of Quality as needed.
Participate in cross-departmental training.
- Constantly interact with the production team; good communication skills are essential.
