We are looking for a lead RBT for our Wildwood clinic! Please see the details of the role listed below.
Role: Lead Registered Behavior TechnicianHours: 8:25a – 4:30pPay:The starting pay for this position is $19/hour. This can be adjusted depending on the amount of time you have been employed with ABLE Kids.
Summary:The Lead RBT is responsible for providing assistance as required in the clinic. This role requires at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience and an active RBT credential that is in good standing. This role reports to the clinic BCBA.

What it will take: Assist in morning client check-in process (following current COVID protocols)Provide client coverage as needed within the clinic; act as a floater RBTProvide 5-10 min breaks to RBTs as neededClean / Organize clinic as neededAssist in activities set up and lunch preparationAttend group social activities outside the clinic (i.e. walks / playground)BCBA Assistance:What winning looks like: Acting as a cohesive unit with the clinic BCBA to assist in materials creation and activities.
What it will take: Create materials for learning under the guidance of the BCBAAssist in activities planning under the guidance of the BCBATrain RBTs:What winning looks like: A knowledgeable team of RBTs that works together to problem solve and provide maximum progression for our clients.
What it will take: Train fellow RBTs under the guidance of the BCBAProvide support to fellow RBTs under the guidance of the BCBA
