About this role: The Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) is responsible for supporting the Dentist during treatments, exams, and treatment discussions with patients. This position will oversee back-office functions, flow, and efficiency. Lead RDAs are required to mentor, train and guide new and existing team members, as well as grow and challenge themselves.
Job Responsibilities: Greet and prepare patients for exams, complete digital charting, and verify codes with precision. Capture quality x-ray images Assist dentists with a variety of treatment procedures Able to assist with RCTs, Cording Packing, Crown Seat, Denture adjustments, and other complex treatments. Familiar with sedation treatments, including treatment information, post-care, and monitoring.
