Growth Focused Leadership - The lead spa associate will run the front desk of the spa, train sales associates, and work closely with our spa managers to produce both a client and team-focused culture. Multi-Tasking Expertise - Experience handling or assisting with administrative tasks, including (but not limited to) payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting, along with day-to-day spa tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent 18 years old or older Strong organization and attention to detail Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
